We worked through Four Count Concepts to hire Ike & Martin for a business cocktail party at The Resort at Squaw Creek.  They were laid back and attentive getting the details of the party together and really brought their ” A-Game” to the event.  Ike called me day of to find out any last minute details and showed up right on time.  They rocked the house that night, even getting some of our guest dancing and singing along.  They have a cool song request program where guest can request songs directly from their smart phones which was also a big hit.  Since they played soooo well the party ended up going an additional hour over our booked time and they went above and beyond by accommodating our request to play an hour longer.  If you are thinking about music for you next party or event – don’t miss the opportunity to work with Ike & Martin, you won’t regret it!

I’ve been a fan of Ike and Martin for years.  Recently I began promoting concerts in the Pollock Pines area and I was delighted to book Ike & Martin for an outdoor summer concert.  On show day, we were hit by a freak hail storm that hit just before they were scheduled to arrive.  The hail was so bad that Highway 50 was closed.  Over 6 inches of hail fell in less that 30 minutes!  Being the consummate professionals that they are, Ike and Martin braved the storm and the road closures and made it to the gig with smiles on their faces.  The show went on and they were so good that the crowd ignored the lingering cold and drizzle, dancing the night away and screaming for encores.  The show was a huge success thanks to the professionalism and amazing talent of Ike and Martin.  For weeks after the show I would meet people who raved about their show and wanted to know when they would perform again. Their unique instrumentation and interpretations of songs from classic rock to alternative, country to pop put Ike and Martin are in a class by themselves.  As a music fan and as a music promoter, I highly recommend Ike and Martin.

Well, they did it again! Ike and Martin were off the charts at Wine & Roses Hotel Restaurant Spa in Lodi New Year’s Eve. This year I booked them with a start time of 9:00 pm due the late start we had last year after a wedding. They didn’t disappoint us, we went non-stop into the early morning, turning the night into a private party! You just can’t beat the professionalism and talent these two have. My wife and I first heard Ike and Martin a couple of years ago at a house concert in Carmel.  It was our first house concert having been invited by a friend.  We did not know what to expect.  About 20 people showed up each bringing wine and food to share. It was was a real memorable evening and a fantastic concert.  My wife and I could not believe these guys were playing for such a small audience and not on a bigger stage.  Since then we have had 2 house concerts with Ike and Martin most recent was for our Christmas Party this past year.  Our friends and clients are still talking about how much fun that evening was.  We have seen Ike and Martin perform in Carmel, Danville and South Lake Tahoe which probably qualifies us as groupies!!  Highly recommend catching one of the performances and also recommend having them perform for house parties.

THE best group in the Basin! Ike & Martin played for us several times over the winter as well as our Deck Opening Party for Memorial Weekend. These two will really be the life of your party. It is very rare to have such a high energy output from a duo but Ike & Martin brought the roof down each and every time they played (metaphorically speaking of course). With the convenience of being able to submit requests with your own cell phone and over 1,000 songs in their catalog, there is something for everyone so all demographics are able to be entertained. We first had the privilege of hearing Martin play in a courtyard in Carmel. Our family fell in love with his music. When planning our daughters wedding down in that area several months later, my daughter said "do you think we could find the guy in the courtyard in Carmel"? Well we did and soon met Ike as well. Not only did they play for us at her small intimate wedding, they also joined us for the larger wedding celebration with family and friends!
